Rather than chasing trends, we focus on making products that are practical, effective, and made with care. Every Loafie product is handmade in small batches right here in New Zealand, using quality ingredients and materials chosen with a dogs' wellbeing and comfort in mind.

From grooming products and nourishing broths to wool beds and handmade coats, everything in our range is created with purpose and tested by our own four-legged quality control team before making its way to yours.

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used grooming, food, or hygiene products. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

For eligible returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Wool products are made to order, please allow 12-14 days during the busy seasons. All other products are shipping within 72hrs of the order being placed.
