Yes! We currently ship our New Zealand wool range (beds, loungers and coats) throughout Australia. Due to biosecurity requirements, our food and grooming products are currently available within New Zealand only.

We want you and your dog to love your Loafie purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the situation and help find a solution.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on used grooming products, food items, hygiene products, or any item that has been opened, used, washed, or worn, unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include photos where applicable. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

For approved returns, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Free from pet hair, odours, marks, or signs of wear

• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or altered items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements and order details are correct before submitting your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Loafie started from a love of dogs and a desire to create products we'd happily use for our own.

Rather than chasing trends, we focus on making products that are practical, effective, and made with care. Every Loafie product is handmade in small batches right here in New Zealand, using quality ingredients and materials chosen with a dogs' wellbeing and comfort in mind.

From grooming products and nourishing broths to wool beds and handmade coats, everything in our range is created with purpose and tested by our own four-legged quality control team before making its way to yours.

Every product in the Loafie range is something we've created because we believe it adds genuine value to the lives of dogs and their humans.

Wool products are made to order, please allow 12-14 days during the busy seasons. All other products are shipping within 72hrs of the order being placed.
